By downloading the Renew90 app or using renew90.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or this website.

What Renew90 Is

Renew90 is a gentle, app-based 90-day reset built around daily reflection, an anchor ritual, and an evening check-in, alongside companion tools like the Mood Journal and Flip Journal. Renew90 is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. It's a self-reflection and habit-building tool, not a diagnostic or treatment service. If you're in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or the emergency services in your area.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Renew90. If you're under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing on your own behalf, you should only use Renew90 with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Your Account and Subscriptions

The basic Mood Journal is free and doesn't require an account. Optional cloud backup requires creating an account with an email address. Paid plans (Monthly, the one-time 90-Day Journey, and Annual) are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Renew90 does not process your payment directly. Subscription auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Apple or Google account settings, not through Renew90. Pausing your 90-day journey is available on the Monthly and Annual plans; the one-time 90-Day Journey purchase runs straight through without pausing. Pricing and features described on renew90.co may change from time to time; we'll keep this page current.

Your Content

Your journal entries, mood logs, reflections, and ideal-self anchor are yours. They're stored locally on your device by default. If you enable optional cloud backup, we store your content solely to sync and restore it for you. We don't read, review, or use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how your information is handled.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use Renew90 to break the law, attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or hack the app or website, or misuse any feature to harass or harm someone else. We reserve the right to suspend access for anyone who does.

Intellectual Property

The Renew90 app, this website, and the content on it, including blog articles and their published timestamps, are owned by Renew90 and may not be copied or republished without permission. You retain full ownership of your own journal entries and anything you personally write within the app.

Disclaimer

Renew90 is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app or website will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. As noted above, Renew90 is a wellness and reflection tool, not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Renew90 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the app, this website, or these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Renew90 after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.

Termination

You can stop using Renew90 at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
