Information We Collect

Information you provide

Your personality profile selection (MBTI or Enneagram type), chosen during onboarding and used to personalize insights. Your journal entries, mood logs, and reflections, written by you within the app. Your "ideal-self anchor," generated from your own onboarding answers. If you enable optional cloud backup, an email address to create and secure your account. If you contact us for support, your email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical and usage data via Firebase Analytics (such as app version, device type, and general feature usage), to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. Crash and error reports via Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry, to help us fix bugs. These reports do not include your journal content. When you visit renew90.co, standard website analytics (page views, browser and device type) via our hosting provider, Vercel.

Information we do not collect

We do not read, access, or analyze the content of your journal entries unless you explicitly opt into cloud backup. And even then, backup is used solely to store and restore your data, never to review or analyze it.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize the core Renew90 experience: your arc, prompts, mood tracking, and pattern recognition tied to your personality type. To power a limited, specific AI function: summarizing your own reports and connecting patterns to your personality type. Renew90's AI is never used for chat, diagnosis, or to tell you how to think, feel, or what to say. To provide optional cloud backup, if you choose to enable it. To maintain and improve app stability through crash reporting, and to understand aggregate usage trends. To respond to support requests you send us. To process subscription payments, handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Renew90 does not receive or store your payment card details.

How Your Information Is Stored and Protected

By default, your journal entries, mood logs, and reflections are stored locally, only on your device. If you enable optional cloud backup, your data is stored securely and associated with your account so you can restore it on another device. You can disable cloud backup at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your journal content with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services We Use

Firebase (Google): analytics, crash reporting, and account/backup infrastructure. Sentry: error and crash reporting. Vercel: hosting and website analytics for renew90.co. Apple App Store / Google Play: process all subscription payments. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy; we only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their service to us.

Your Choices and Rights

You can use the free Mood Journal with no account and no cloud backup at all. You can turn cloud backup on or off at any time in the app. You can request a copy or deletion of any account or backup data by contacting us below. Uninstalling the app or clearing its local data permanently deletes any journal data that wasn't backed up. We don't hold a separate copy, so this can't be recovered by us.

Children's Privacy

Renew90 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes, and we'll note material changes prominently on this page or in the app.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya.
